Standard Dispatch is 5 - 7 working days delivery. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee delivery timescales and cannot be held accountable for third party logistics.
We offer a refund to clients if they've told us within 14 days of receiving their goods that they wish to return the item/s (please email HERE. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they have advised us. The goods must be returned in a saleable condition and in the original packaging at the expense of the client. The cost of the goods will be refunded less the original charge of carriage. The client will receive their refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
All damages must be reported in writing HERE with photographs within 48hrs of delivery. We are unable to process any damage claims after this period as we need to work within this period to claim from our courier service.
