Customer Care

We pride ourselves on our customer care and this is of paramount importance to us. We value your business and never under estimate how important your custom is to us. Our service is extremely personal and we look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with you. Any concerns, feedback or product questions please inbox.  We do have office hours on the page although ‘out of hours’ we will respond to you as swiftly as possible. Usually we ship within 5 working days of receiving your order via Parcelforce on a 48hour delivery service. You will receive tracking numbers when we ship via the email you have supplied at checkout. This may go into your spam so please check before chasing. Delivery costs for the UK are £5.95 - £7.95 subject to weight. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee delivery timescales and cannot be held accountable for third party logistics. 


All damages must be reported in writing HERE with photographs within 48hrs of delivery. We are unable to process any damage claims after this period as we need to work within this period to claim from our courier service. 


Following Brexit  custom import charges may apply to non UK purchases, these charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and we accept no liability. Any goods returned due to non payment of custom charges will only be deemed for a 'goods only' refund based on the resalable condition of the products. If purchased outside the UK please check your email folder (including Spam/Junk) as notifications from customs will be emailed, we accept no liaibilty.


We offer a refund to clients if they've told us within 14 days of receiving their goods that they wish to return the item/s (please email HERE.  They have another 14 days to return the goods once they have advised us. The goods must be returned in a saleable condition at the expense of the client. The cost of the goods will be refunded less the original charge of carriage. The client will receive their refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
